The Excellence in Customer Service by an Individual or Sole Trader Award recognises individuals who demonstrate a commitment to the business and a passion for creating a positive experience for everyone who interacts with the business. The Award also acknowledges those who build relationships and value every opportunity to make a difference, whether it is for an individual or another business.
This Award category is open to individual employees or sole traders.
The judges will consider:
- Demonstrated commitment to the consistent delivery of excellent customer service
- The positive impact of the individual’s excellent customer service on the business, other businesses and the customers
- Demonstrated commitment to personal development
You may wish to submit authentic testimonials to support your application.
Judges may act as ‘mystery shoppers‘ to assess the level of customer service provided by the nominee. There may be more than one ‘assessment‘. Events and all relevant mediums will be used, including ‘in store‘, phone or online enquiries, if appropriate.
